Refund Policy

At RingsLab, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized rings.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Sale or clearance products.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us at info@ringslab.com and our team will guide you through the process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective or incorrect item). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
