Ring Resizing Policy

Within the first year of your purchase, we will resize your ring at no cost, including free shipping both ways. Please note that some restrictions apply, and only Ringslab rings are eligible for resizing. The 1-year period begins when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup.

What’s Not Covered by the 1-Year Free Resizing Policy

  • Ring sizes outside of our recommended sizing range.
  • Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design. However, they may be exchanged for free within 60 days from when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup.
  • Rings made from alternative metals (such as tantalum or titanium) cannot be resized but can be exchanged for free within 60 days from when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup.
  • Custom, modified, or engraved rings can be resized within the 1-year period, but resize fees may apply.
