Exchange & Return Policy
At Ringslab, your satisfaction matters. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for free.
Most returns and exchanges can be initiated by contacting our support team at support@ringslab.com
Please note: The 30-day return window begins from the delivery date. We will accept all the rings or bands except for the items listed in the non-eligible items list. Please refer here for Shipping instructions
Non-Eligible Items
- Orders outside of the 30-day return window. Special exception given under our LifetimeRingSupport program.
- Rings that have been resized, modified, or altered after delivery.
- Items that have previously been exchanged.
- Custom-designed jewelry items.
- Orders altered or customized while in production at the customer’s request.
- Items altered by a third-party.
- Loose diamonds that have been set in a third-party design.
- Brought from third party other than Ringslab.
Refunds
Once your item is received at our inspection center, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect the item(s) to confirm that they are present in the returned box with all accompanying documentation and promotional items. The products must be in an unworn and unaltered condition. Returns are subject to inspection and valuation. The 100% refund will be disbursed based on the condition/value of the inspected product and upon successfully verifying against our original certification. Please allow approximately 5 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Credit card refunds may take an additional 4–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
For Exchanges (Valid for 30 days of delivery)
- You will receive a store credit.
- The credit will be sent via email as a digital gift card.
- The full original purchase value can be applied toward any future Ringslab purchase.
- Store credit must be used in a single transaction.

Important Information
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
- International orders are refunded in USD based on the exchange rate at time of purchase.
- Ringslab is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or banking fees charged by your financial institution.
- All returns, exchange and service requests require a valid Authorization number. So please reach out to support@ringslab.com if you are planning on any return, exchange, service or upgrade.
