What is a Lifetime Upgrade?
At Ringslab, get 100% back on upgrade. we know how much an engagement ring symbolizes love and commitment. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Diamond Upgrade under our LifetimeLove Program to ensure your diamond always reflects your evolving story.
Through this program, any certified solitaire diamond (0.60ct and above) set in a Ringslab ring can be upgraded at any time. Simply return your original Ringslab ring and receive 100% in credit for all eligible items upon inspection. The credits can be applied toward purchasing on Ringslab.com with cart value of at least 50% higher than that of the credit value.
Eligible Items
- Certified diamonds 0.60ct and above that are either set in a Ringslab engagement ring or purchased loose, on Ringslab’s website or in a Ringslab Authorized showroom.
- All Ringslab diamonds must be in their original condition, accompanied by the original purchase receipt and diamond certificate. Need help let us know at support@rinsglab.com
Non-Eligible Items
- Loose or set Diamonds purchased from third party other than Ringslab.
- Damaged diamonds may be disqualified from this program.
How to Initiate Your Diamond Upgrade
- Reach out at the email Support@rinsglab.com to check your elgibility.
- Return your original Ringslab's ring to be inspected.
- You may receive a credit equivalent to the purchase price, which can be applied towards any diamond ring on Ringslab.com or in a Ringslab Authorized showroom that is at least fifty percent greater in value.
Lifetime diamond upgrading is exclusive to the original purchaser. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of your new ring, prior to applying the credit.
The entire credit must be used in one order, and all purchases made with this credit are final sale. A recycling and Inspection fee of 10% (minimum $299) may be applied for every upgrade order.
