What is a Diamond Upgrade?

At Ringslab, we know how much an engagement ring symbolizes love and commitment. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program to ensure your diamond always reflects your evolving story.

Through this program, any certified solitaire diamond (0.30ct and above) purchased loose or set in a Ringslab engagement ring can be upgraded at any time. Simply return your original Ringslab diamond and receive a credit equal to its purchase price, which can be applied toward any diamond jewelry on Ringslab.com that is at least 50% higher in value.

Eligible Items

  • Certified diamonds 0.30ct and above that are either set in a Ringslab engagement ring or purchased loose, on Ringslab’s website or in a Ringslab Authorized showroom.
  • All Ringslab diamonds must be in their original condition, accompanied by the original purchase receipt and diamond certificate.

Non-Eligible Items

  • Loose or set Diamonds purchased from third party other than Ringslab.
  • Damaged diamonds may be disqualified from this program.

How to Initiate Your Diamond Upgrade

  1. Reach out at the email Support@rinsglab.com
  2. Return your original Ringslab's diamond to be inspected. For diamonds in engagement ring settings, your original setting will be returned upon verification and inspection. Please note that your setting is non-refundable.
  3. You may receive a credit equivalent to the purchase price, which can be applied towards any diamond jewelry on Ringslab.com or in a Ringslab Authorized showroom that is at least fifty percent greater in value.
  4. If you choose to purchase another Ringslab ring or band, a new setting must be purchased as each setting is custom-made based on the diamond's specific measurements.

Lifetime diamond upgrading is exclusive to the original purchaser and does not include the cost of your setting, duties or taxes paid on the diamond, or shipping costs. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of your new jewelry, prior to applying the credit.

The entire credit must be used towards your order, and all diamond jewelry purchases made with this credit are final sale. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
