Exchange & Return Policy

At Ringslab, your satisfaction matters. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Most returns and exchanges can be initiated by contacting our support team at support@ringslab.com

Please note: The 30-day return window begins on the date your purchase becomes available for shipment or pickup. We will accept all the rings or bands except for the items listed in the non-eligible items list. Please refer here for Shipping instructions

 

Non-Eligible Items

  • Orders outside of the 30-day return window.
  • Rings that have been resized, modified, or altered after delivery.
  • Items that have previously been exchanged.
  • Custom-designed jewelry items.
  • Orders altered or customized while in production at the customer’s request.
  • Items altered by a third-party.
  • Loose diamonds that have been set in a third-party design.
  • Brought from third party other than Ringslab. 
 

For Exchanges

  • You will receive a store credit.
  • The credit will be sent via email as a digital gift card.
  • The full original purchase value can be applied toward any future Ringslab purchase.
  • Store credit must be used in a single transaction.

 

For Return

RECYCLING FEE:

In alignment with our commitment to sustainability, returned items will undergo a process of unsetting TrueBright diamonds and recycling the metal.  However, this fee is waived when you choose a full credit to store. Engagement rings, Wedding bands and Anniversary bands will incur $299 recycling fee.

Refunds

Once your item is received, our Quality Assurance team will carefully inspect the item(s) to confirm they are in the returned box, is in unworn and unaltered condition and that all accompanying documentation and promotional items are included. Upon approval, your refund will be issued. Please allow approximately 5 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed. Credit card refunds may take an additional 4–7 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Important Information

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
  • International orders are refunded in USD based on the exchange rate at time of purchase.
  • Ringslab is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or banking fees charged by your financial institution.
  • All returns and exchange require a valid Authorization number.
