Ringslab Shipping Instructions

If you need to return or exchange your jewelry, we’ve made the process simple and secure. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your items are protected and fully insured.

Step 1: Request a Shipping Authorization Number

Reach out to Support@ringslab.com and we will email you a Shipping Authorization Number along with a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for your return.

Step 2: Prepare Your Jewelry

  • Box 1: Place your ringbox with ring or band in the original white packaging or use small FedEx Priority box if original white packaging is not available. Also include the certification and other paperwork before sealing it with tape.
  • Then place sealed Box 1 inside a medium FedEx Priority box. Seal the medium FedEx Priority box securely.
  • Cover or remove any old addresses or barcodes.
  • Write your Shipping Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the box.
  • Attach the provided pre-paid FedEx shipping label to the box.

Step 3: Ship Your Package

  • Take your package to a FedEx Staffed location. Search by your zip code and filter for “Shipping Assistance” to find the nearest location.
  • Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment and insurance. Please note that packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or unstaffed locations are not insured and Ringslab cannot be held responsible.

Important Notes

  • Full insurance coverage is guaranteed only when you use the provided FedEx label and follow the packaging instructions, including double-boxing your return.
  • Following these steps ensures your jewelry is safely returned or exchanged without risk of loss.
