Ring Resizing Policy

After your purchase, we will resize your ring or band at no cost, including free shipping both ways for the first resizing. Please note that some restrictions apply, and only Ringslab's rings and bands are eligible for resizing. The period begins when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup or delivered.

What’s Not Covered by the 1-year Complimentary Resizing Policy

  • Ring sizes outside of our recommended sizing range.
  • Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design. However, they may be exchanged for free within 60 days from when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup or Delivered.
  • Rings made from alternative metals (such as tantalum or titanium) cannot be resized but can be exchanged for no cost within 60 days from when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup or delivered.
  • Custom, modified, or engraved rings can be resized but resize fees may apply.
