Palladium Powered
Palladium Powered Rings
Your ring made more safer, shiner and stronger.
1. Hypoallergenic (No Skin Irritation)
The Benefit: Since palladium is a pure "noble metal" and typically 95% pure (PD950), it is naturally nickel-free.
The Result: The nickle based alloys are cheap and if your skin is allergic to nickel you will get reaction on skin. The palladium powered alloys are safe anyone.
2. Isovolumetric (Better Metal Retain)
The Benefit: In the context of your Palladium Power alloys, it means that when the ring gets scratched or dinged from daily wear, the metal isn't actually scraping off and disappearing. Instead, the metal just gets pushed aside or displaced—like a plow moving dirt in a field.
The Result: This ensures the ring doesn't "thin out" over time too early.
3. Fracture Toughness (Security for Diamond)
The Benefit: It won't crack or break easily like the 14k nickel based alloys.
The Result: If a prong is struck, it is more likely to bend slightly rather than snap off, keeping the diamond secure. It provides superior Security for your Diamond.
4. Native Luster (The Rhodium Factor)
The Benefit: One of the primary benefits of palladium is that it actually eliminates the need for rhodium coating. Naturally White, Palladium is white all the way through. It does not need a coating to look bright.
The Result: If you are using palladium inside a white gold alloy, it acts as a "bleaching agent." In this case, the white gold stays white much longer compare to nickel based alloys.
